03/04/2010: Hamstrings/Biceps

Workout Time: 58 minutes

Workout Grade: A-

Still trying to figure out what I'm doing while my strains and pains heal. I decided to destroy my hamstrings and biceps today. I had to quit after seven sets of RDLs, my lower back was pumped like crazy. I did pretty good on bicep curls and didn't feel like I aggravated the injury at all.

Tomorrow is a rest day, and Saturday I will try bench. I have a feeling I still won't be able to bench heavy.

At least for me RDL/SLDL trigger massive ham soreness! (more than any musclegroup by far)
