I have brutal elbow tendinitis. I take it easy on curling movements and don't push for weight. That was nowhere near a push for failure. If I wanted to really crush weight, I'm sure I'd be easily over 150.

And my arms are still short!

Actually it does have creatine mono in it.

Good stuff here btb, your so called crap day looks like an awesome workout to me!!

I took jack3d for a while and I really liked it. After your report though, I think I really need to try superpump again. I think it has been close to 2 years since I tried this stuff. Maybe next round, because overall massive growth is just not that great. But it is very cheap, so no complaints.

My experience with it was the first day was flippin' stellar. Then it tapered off to nearly no noticeable benefits in about a week's time.

It does? I never had a pump or back pump the entire time. I am hyper-sensitive to creatine, which makes me wonder just how little is actually in Gaspari's blend. In any case, SP250 gave me great energy.

I started taking Jack3d and had a brutal back pump already on day 2...which is par for the creatine course for me.

Thanks Jwood. To be fair to Jack3d (and as I stated above), I am really sensitive to creatine, and Jack3d must have much more than SP250. When I have my brutal pumps going on, I'm wide awake - so it is harder for me to compare apples to apples.

I don't really like training feeling like my lower back has been ripped out, especially on squat and deadlift day, so SP250 fits me better.

Now thas some shruggin there.

Im really liking your setup BtB, there really seems to something to it and i like how your only pushing it when your "feeling" it. Not sure if that makes sense, but with type from my head, something always gets lost in the translation.
