02/24/2010: CRAP day

Please don't fret the "crap" - it was a good workout. Crap is my sneaky combination of calves + traps + biceps.

A good workout today. Pushed for bicep weight after warming up extensively. My tendinitis feels good. No dumbbell rows makes my elbows real happy. Why, I don't know. I can pretty much do anything but DB rows.

My strains and pains are all but gone. Full speed ahead. Squat day is coming. I might have to tread lightly with the shoulder. We'll see.

Workout Time: 46 minutes

looking beastly even on crap day. btw do you do those barbell shrugs in front or behind the back, i can't seem to find a comfortable way to do them once i start i'll probably use db's

Thanks SO. I do them in front, and use straps. Dumbbells are solid.

Thats a freaking lots of reps for biceps, and not exactly small numbers either.

Glad it was good. I've got my calves on a seperate day now so I can really concentrate on them with full energy. YEA

The taste is so-so, but I'm getting some nice pumps and good, energetic workouts, so overall it's working good. I still like Superpump250 a bit better, but SP250 doesn't have creatine so it's a horse a piece.
