I am done with the DC training for right now, but I never said I was done doing DC concepts.

I like trying out thing before I have clients fo them.

**I am getting DEEP in the HOLE, and feel the quads getting hammered**

after hearing this i may add this back in... when you do it do you just really focus on using you chest, or do you go for more weight... it seemed when i was doing it, i tried to turn in into a compound movement

Not sure how you would turn the Pec Dec into a compound movement. But it focuse on the chest. If I have too much weight on the pin, my front deltoids start to get hit more directly than I like. That's when I back off the weight and continue.

I like to get a deep stretch and then squeezing at the end witha hold of a few seconds, then a slow negative.
