ive been on a pizza and wings diet lately, so i should gain weight, hopefully muscle though

i know.... i need to stop.... this week (and next will be) was hectic as hell. i havent been getting home until 7 and then after i lift its close to 9 so i eat whatever.

i will really clean it up after next week.

also this reminds me of something yesterday.... i have this friend who is your steryotypical (sp) bench and biceps guy. Yesterday he was giving me **** for my power shrugs and then we were all making fun of his program and saying he should make his own website and ****.....
