Jhuse2 - 2010 Transformation Contest - Bulk
This is my first post of the 2010 Transformation Contest. I will be using the same routine that I am using now. At least to start off with. The routine and supps. may change before the end off the 16 week contest period.
Time Period: Feb. 8, 2010 - May 31, 2010
A simple 4 day split.
Monday and Thursday: Workout A
Tuesday and Friday: Workout B
Bent over Rows or Yate Rows
Standing Calve Raises
Stiff Leg Deadlifts
BB Curls or Rev. BB Curls
Close Grip Bench Press
Whey Protein Iso.- (1 scoop before WO - 2 Scoops after WO)
Creatine - (1 scoop before WO - 1 Scoops after WO)
CLA - 1000mg - 2 tablets 2x a day
Fish Oil - 1200mg - 2 tablets 2x a day
Multi-Vitamin - 2 tablets a day
-L. Bicep 15"
-R. Bicep 15"
-L. Forearm 13.5"
-R. Forearm 13.5"
-L. Quad. 24.5"
-R. Quad. 24.75"
