down to 185 this mornin thats 8 lbs since monday i think i better slow this down a little or i'm gonna lose to much muscle. i don't feel week yet and i feel ready to work out tonight but i think it will be a good test to see were my stamina is at and make diet corrections if needed.

That's a huge drop. It's normal for me to flush big water the first week of a diet, especially when I'm eating a lot of crap carbs. I would bring the cals up a bit just to make sure though.

i know thats what i was thinkin. i went to the immediate diet change today. my body has always burned fat extremely fast in the past. i could never carry fat at all when i was younger no matter what my diet looked like. now that i'm in my thirties it has been easier. but i have to eat like a pig to maintain 195. i don't think i even eat half of what i was just last week. when i would eat steak and potatoes i would eat almost 24oz of sirloin and either 3 or 4 baked tata's. its a huge change to go from having that in one meal to all day spread out.

It's mostly water but still a good start, I know how it can be a motivator. Keep pushing and watch that diet closely. Good job so far.

well i think were so close to the same size i just seem to be carrin more fat right now then you are. cause were so similar i think it makes for good competition. maybe we should make a side wager like loser has to pose in a sun dress and use it for and avi for a month. let NT judge the winner.
