which part? the foods or the naked food part?

part 1:

chicken and egg whites are the leanest forms of real protein available and some guys i've heard will carb load the day before with an a$$ load of sugar like pancakes and syrup to fill in but thats not the route i'm goin. i'll use the hash browns naked of course. clean carb rich in potassium.

part 2:

no seasonings of condiments when trying to lose all water weight. the first two days of the week you overload on water and sodium then take the sodium away and ration the water. the sodium will pull the water out the muscle the first two days. then you load on b6, potassium, omega-3's, ala, and chromium to put the carbs back in and fill the muscle bellies. thus looking full and shredded!!

I didn't know you were referring to the carb load...I thought you meant through your whole prep!! I was thinking "Dear f*cking god I would have shot myself" hahaha.

That makes more sense. Can you not eat oatmeal with stevia?
