Same weight as a week ago. I had a cold last week and ate less than I have been. The good news is I didn't LOSE weight, which is what usually happens when I get sick.
you have inspired me to start hiking.... once it warms up.

congrats on not losing weight.

Cool, I hope so!

It's great active recovery and it serves as my cardio. My hiking buddy can run 30 miles but he can't keep up with me on the trail (even when he's not sick)! It's also decent for lower leg development.

4 days in the gym + hiking and I can easily gain or cut, just by slightly tweaking my food.

i cant wait for the summer, just so i can do more of this type of stuff. hiking, cycling, canoeing, ect.

this coming week its going to be in the 40's which sounds nice (compared to being like 10 degrees), but its going to rain all week. theres nothing worse than cold ass rain. its not cold enough to get out of school, but its just completely miserable.

but the down side to summer is no more eating pizza two nights in a row for me

Same here. I'm done with winter and want to get outside more to train, etc.

The cold rain sucks. I hike in it but it's not the most fun.

As for pizza, we can't have it all!

Thumbs up Bulldozer Week 5

Bulldozer-Legs

Warm up:
Diesel Crew 2 min shoulder warm up
Pull ups: 5
Woodchoppers: 10xYellow/side
No-grip pull ups: 3
No-grip chin ups: 1

Front Squat: 85x20 (+10#)
Back Squat: 175x22 (+10#, +2 reps)
Front Squat: 85x20(+10#)

Single Leg RDL: 10x10 each leg (+5#)
RDL: 155 x 10,10 (+5#)
Single Leg RDL: 10x10 each leg (+5#)

DB Saxon Side Bend: 10 x 20 (+2#)

DB Shrugs: 20x120

Comments:
-Legs felt fresh. Maybe it's because this WO is too light, but it felt great. Loving 20 rep squats!

-Tried to get back to some semblance of a warm up.

-Did the RDLs with 25s...was able to easily touch the floor. Probably due to lighter hiking.

Those 20 rep weights are creeping up there JD. Things are about to get serious in here. Nice work.

Thank you, sir!

I'm still doing them in a single set, so I think you're right!
I may have to start a "new clothes" fund if I swell enough!

I'll be starting with my MAB t-shirt!

haha...I thought 20 rep squats would kill me. I was basically afraid of the program when I first heard about it years ago...now, I love it!

does this bulldozer program add strength or mass? I looks brutal. How and when do you add weight?
