Man, I will look so much better if I pack on even 5# of muscle and get back to 8% BF by the end of the contest.

Weight is: 181 @ 12% = 159.28# LBM and 21.72# fat.

Minimum goal for contest outcome is: 178 @ 8% = 164# LBM and 14# fat.

Comments:
-Right shoulder is improved, but still limiting my pressing.

-Push ups are not fast, also b/c of the shoulder.

-I think the 25# DB curls are already too light. Will go for 30# next week.

-The last 5 reps of BB curl were one-at-a-time, but felt great.
