Thanks! It's a home gym.

When I cut the ribbon on the man cave, you'll be invited!

Nice session JD. The Rack pulls look strong, well, everythings looking good.

It's T-shirts, and shorts weather around here as well. I even cut the grass today. Grass is a bit misleading. I cut the Winter weeds. The yard looks much better. I'm paying for it now though. My sinus crud is kicking my butt.

Used shoulders to warm up for back w/o. Man that is an awesome workout. Is it easier to deadlift with a trap bar or harder with a nuetral grip. The hardest thing I came across was upright rows. they put my wrists in an awkward position to try and lift the weight. I am going to look for a trap I can use with that lift. Something that allows my wrists ti move more freely.

Thanks!
Still fighting that cold or is it an allergic reaction?

I did the combo of shoulders + back only b/c I missed shoulders the day before. I usually wouldn't do them together. However, it went better than I expected

The trap bar dead lifts are "easier" IMO, but it's probably because they shift the weight more evenly between your posterior chain and quads. LEss wuad than a squat, less PC than a conventional dead lift.

I prefer upright rows with DBs or with a wide grip and pull to lower ribs. I saw a study that indicated lateral raises actually stimulated traps much better than some "direct" trap moves.

Hiked 2 hours. Lots of thorns and bramble on the path due to all the recent snow/ice. We had to belly crawl under brush a few times. Slowed us a bit.

Current weight: 183 lbs. Waist still at 35".

GAINED ANOTHER POUND!

Sorry I missed you log yesterday. Rack pulls and BB Rows are looking good Jon. You have any back soreness today?
