Such nice squat form. I predict big big #s in your future on the squat.

As for the bench press. You can do backoff period work where you just go back about 15 lbs. and then bump it back up 5 lbs. every workout. Keep the reps at 5. So your next bench session would be 120x5x3. It'll take you about a week and a half to get back to 135 but then you should be able to bust through. It worked for me when I was stuck at 185 on the bench. I used it on strict press as well about a month back during a sticking point.
