Default Thorney's Quest for Strength

Bit of history: 4 years of consistent training managed personal bests of 211kg squat, 135kg bench and 227kg deadlift at a chunky 90kg body weight. Then chucked myself down the road off my bike and couldn't train for about 3 months which turned into a year. Been back training about 2 months and I'm down to 83kg.

Goals are to gain strength while trimming down a bit.
