No, not today. Last week I could barely gt off the couch though. My energy is on empty, but getting better. I feel like I'm on the mend, but I'm not better yet.

Ah well, this rest probably did your joints some good. By the way, I received John Christy's book today. Very well put together. Expensive, but looks amazing.

My shoulder is feeling better. The hanging from the high bar, and the stretch is helping it. I never had issues with overwork before until now. I guess being 48 means I'll have to go just a little slower.

Thanks Ripper, I wish I was back to were I was just those few weeks ago.

I'm not going to be completing this contest. I've lost a lot of steps since my accident, and have gone way back on a road I've already travelled.

I'll be starting a new log for my recovery from where I'm at. I did my first real workout today in about a month. It was hard, and I've got some work to do. I can't push hard again, and will need to be careful.

It could be worse. I could have been out even longer.
