Thanks JD.

My calves and forearms really give away my Ecto qualities. I've been just hitting them with basic straight barbell raises. I'm gong to concentrate on them, and vary foot position, to really get them worked. I'm going to need them to be strong to offset the shape of my quads.

This is the one bodypart where I would like to have some machine access to hit them better. No sense in worrying about it though. I'm going to hit them and hit them hard. I'll make what I have work.
