Default LR Cubed

New program, new log. After 2 years of 5/3/1 I'm deciding to switch it up. I liked 5/3/1 and at some point will probably go back to it, but it's time to try something a little different. I followed a forum on another large fitness site where wendler answers questions, but lately he has really gotten away from powerlifting and more into general training as well as being kind of vague with answers to questions in attempts to get people to sign up for his paid forum on his website. So instead I'm going to switch to the cube.

My goals with 5/3/1 were to get stronger and compete. Now that I've done that I want to go a little further. I would love to hit a 1500 total long term but for now is like to continue to build my squat and take it over the 500 mark.

Heavy days on squats will be done using wraps since I plan on competing in them. I hope to stay around 220 while improving my body composition but I don't live by the scale so weight gain/loss is a possibility. As long as I don't have to buy larger waisted pants and am getting stronger I figure I'm doing ok.

Enough intro time to lift.
