Default Generic Retarded Beginner Log

Hi!
I decided to give this log thing a shot and start one.
I am 17 yrs old, 66kg, not fat (how would that be possible at 66kg?), not that lean, weak as fuck. Ive been training for 4 years, 3 years were infrequent bullshit, so that doesnt count, and one year of pretty good training, but I broke my foot and fucked up my shoulder (not by lifting) so I had to start all over again.
Current stats:
Squat: 85kgx7
Bench: 60x5
Deadlift: 100x7
OHP: 40x9

My program is pretty simple, fullbody 3x a week, add weight when I am at least 2/3 reps over the rep goal on all sets (for the 3x5/1x5 exercises). I am going to replace benching with dips because I have no room for the bench and need some cash. I do whatever I feel like at the end, typically some facepulls, abwheel rollouts with a barbell and some neck work. On off days I do whatever I feel like doing light stuff. Pushups, One Arm Snatches, Calves, High Rep Reverse Curls, sprinting, jogging, swimming etc. I do taekwondo/jitsu 1-2 times a week and I am a volunteer firefighter and I do bavarian things as "goa▀lschnalzn", bavarian "volkstanz" and "Schuhplattln".

Bench 2x12
Chinups 3x8

B
Squat 3x5
Bench 3x5
Powerclean 4x4
Press 2x12
Chinups 3x8

Basic shit. I am going after the 2 plate squat for 5, but each time I get near it, I get sick or I break my foot or sth else bad happens. Ive been at 95x5x5 2 times and at 97.5x5x5 one time, but never got that fucking 100x5 (never tried it tbh)
So yeah, lets get this fucker started.

Just got done with todays training, it was alright.

Squat:
85x56/5/6
Press:
42.5x5/6/8
Deadlift:
100x9
Dips Jumpset with Chinups
BWx10/10____BWx8/8/7
Facepulls 2x10

I am thinking about doing Frontsquats instead of Backsquats every 3rd training session.

I think I will do it that way. Thanks for the advice. Ive never done Frontsquats and I think they would really help core strength and stuff like that.

Lol, that thread title though.

Great start to it, mate. Keep up the good work. I also recommend front squats, fwiw (I suck at squatting, so... ) And I'm a fellow fan of power cleans, as well chins and dips!
