Default Irishhitman: Basic Cycle

This is the plan I'll be working with for the next eight weeks. I am changing up what I do every week. I will be doing squats and bench with every leg and chest workout respectively and will be adding in deadlifts to my back workout starting in March.

Monday: Back
Tuesday: Chest
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Shoulders
Friday: Arms

All that is in red I did not do today. I am recovering from an ear infection and became nauseous and dizzy after the squats and such. This was combined with nausea from overheating as well.

Yeah. I was running this split this past fall and loved it. It's intense and I've had enough time off that my body isn't used to it anymore.
