Irishhitman: Basic Cycle

This is the plan I'll be working with for the next eight weeks. I am changing up what I do every week. I will be doing squats and bench with every leg and chest workout respectively and will be adding in deadlifts to my back workout starting in March.

Monday: Back
Tuesday: Chest
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Shoulders
Friday: Arms

All that is in red I did not do today. I am recovering from an ear infection and became nauseous and dizzy after the squats and such. This was combined with nausea from overheating as well.

That looks like a farily intense split. Have you ever run this before?

IrishHitman 02-03-2010 01:53 PM

Yeah. I was running this split this past fall and loved it. It's intense and I've had enough time off that my body isn't used to it anymore.

Looks solid IH. Hit it hard.

Due to writing a paper and studying for a test tonight, no shoulder workout. Will do it tomorrow and make up for it by doing arms on Saturday. Have a good night, all.
