Default Thorney's comeback

Hey guys, it's about a year since I last posted anything on here but I've decided to start logging again.

Training was going well until early September when I had a bike accident and haven't been able to train for months.

My previous best lifts are squat 211kg, bench 135kg and deadlift 227.5kg at around 88kg body weight.

During my lay off I'm down to around 84kg and I've tried to maintain fitness through playing sports. I was probably healed up enough to start training about a month ago but after a few months off I'd lost all motivation.
