Default Glwanabe's lazy ass log

3 years is a long enough deload, time to get back to work. I'll be using aspects of previous programs I've written. Starting out it will be mainly a, Pull, Squat, Press variation.

I'm still in an initial reconditioning phase at this time. I'm pretty out of shape, but even this old body is responding to the work. Weights will be kept lower while building volume.

Thank you all for the welcome back! I'm really hoping that my plan will work with my work schedule. From the alarm in the morning till I walk back in the door my days about 15 hours long.

I'm hoping the shorter sessions that incorporate a H,L,M format will let me get a session in on work days as needed.
