Default Fitness Log

Starting a log to keep me on track. Running and body weight movements are boring to me but it has to be done.

Today's training (so far)...

Circuit:
Push Ups x 10
Pull Ups x 5
Sit Ups x 10
x 6 rounds

Tried some deadlifts today for fun. Nothing structured. Just 60kg for a few sets of whatever. I decided to video it so I may as well put it up here on mab for a form check.
