Default WildBill's Training Log

Hey guys, havent lifted for about 4 months. Guess you can say life got in the way... Hoping to get back into things again, went to the gym today for the first time. Obviously lost strength and some muscle so I just took it easy. Don't really have a plan yet. Think I'll just keep things simple, stick to the basics and make gradual progression; with a powerbuilding type of training.

Things felt pretty good today, mainly focused on my squat form and got a little pump from the higher reps. Did some assistance and headed back home to watch some football!

Thanks for the support Tom, I still have the same mentality when I was lifting. So it kind of sucks struggling with something that use to be easy. But, happy to get back into the groove.
