Thumbs up Rob's Log

Hey, I'm Rob from South Wales, UK. I'll be following the following 2 day a week full body routine as long as I stay injury free:

Wednesdays
Standing BB Press 3x5
Deadlift 3x5
Close Grip Bench Press 3x8-10
EZ Curls 3x8-10
Crunches 15x3

Sundays
BB Squat 3x5
Bench Press 3x5
Lat Pulldown 3x8-10
Planks 2x60 seconds
Cable Crunches 3x15
Cable Woodchoppers 2x12

I've been in and out of lifting, I'd consider myself as a beginner again now. History of back and knee trouble in the past so easy does it for the first few weeks see how I go.

Will do a 10 minute warm up and 20 minutes cardio afterwards.

I agree. Heavy compounds but structured in a balanced scheme with room to recover is a great way to go forward. Welcome to the forum!
