Default Ryan's Log

So im moving on from 5/3/1. When i repped out on my last 1+ week it appeared I maintained my strength through my cut. Extremely happy with that. Now im moving onto a DUP style. I also reversed dieted up to maintenance level and now im moving into surplus aka bulk. Right now only 200+ calories so nothing crazy. Ill up to 500 in a few weeks. Also upping creatine too. Anyways onto the training.

Deadlift -5X5 (strength)

5@350 (80%)

Squat-6X3 (power)
6x3@270(75%)

Bench-3x10 (HYP)
3x10@175 (65%)

Hammer curls

Well that put me to a test. My hand is sore as F! Overall happy!
