Weight is around 190

My Goal:
Maintain strength and size while spending more time on my job, and improving my 1 mile run time.

Thanks man! PRs will come very very slowly, as I'm just trying to maintain my strength, while focusing on other goals. I'll still try to progress with technique stuff though, like using double overhand on all deadlift sets etc.

Those are some nice numbers you got there around the big 3. I don't think you're going to have any problem at all with your program maintaining. I see you actually gaining some strength.

One question: what is this one mile ruin, raaan, rune (am I saying it right) that you speak of?
