Number 7 for the win!

Mdrol is pretty potent even in mild doses. It is common to see only 3 week cycles, starting with 10 to 20 mgs and quickly ramping up to 20 or 30 mgs. I would definitely have a PCT on hand so you don't flush cash. Have any strong PCT products?

How well does your body handle PHs? And when is your fight?

3) Mountain Climber with 100lb Weight vest in army cadence - 3 x 20

My Biceps are getting Pretty big and strong from all the Fight Training, Pull Ups, Deads And Rows..Doing 30lb curls and 25lb hammer is just for the pump...Last ground fighting day it felt like my Biceps were gonna explode and when I did fridays Back and Caveman, My biceps were trashed

@otk - I look like I am getting lean, But I need to take some pics and I get weight check monday morning..So I hope it's dropped atleast to 186..I need to be 183-185 solid. I am getting strong like a mother ****er and I am hitting so god damn hard..I was hitting the 300lb heavy bag and making the **** move!
