with proper rest, you will exceed expectations. Good work, considering your circumstances. You'll see the benefits soon

Default Sunday Feb 28th 2010 Chest/Biceps/Forearms

Today was a good day. Felt good after a Bad Friday, Made up on Saturday and did some nice sets today. Again, If you feel my numbers are low..It's ok..I gain my Strength and Power from Fight Training, Cave Man Training and Live Sparring..It's one thing to lift static weight but another when you have to live grapple someone who is 200+lbs solid muscle for 10 mins and so on..My bicep curls are low but I make up my biceps with Mass Amounts of Pull Ups...So here was what they had me do today.

Sunday Feb 28th 2010 Chest/Biceps/Forearms

1) Flat DB Press
50x12
55x9/12
60x8/8/8

2) Flat Light BB Press

3) Incline DB Press
50x10
55x10
60x9
65x8
70x8

4) Flat DB Flyes
50x5
55x5/5/4/3

5)Ez Curls
30x12
40x12
50x12

6) DB Curls
35x6/6/6

7) Hammer Curls
40x5
30x5
20x8
20x8

8) Wrist Curls In + Up - Both ways 4x15

Default Log For March 1st 2010

I was not able to post my log for March 1st 2010 but here it is.

I got to ground fighting class and this is what followed

20 Mins of Jogging forward, Jogging backwards, High Skipping Forward, Skipping back wards, Fog Jumps, Monkey crawls, Monkey Crawl Back wards, Low body hop springs, Explosive lunges.

My legs again felt like they were gonna fall off

Followed up by sets of Hip Escape Drills, Shrimping Drills, Leg Kick Off Drills, Explosive Shooting drills, Under cage Slide drills

My legs at one point felt like they were gonna fall off.

Finally to end that session of drills we partnered up with someone and took turns underhooking and shoot squatting the person up. We drilled this for about 10 mins non stop. My legs fell off and walked away

For the next 30 mins we went over Side Control, Lower Guard Escape and Wrestling Rolling off the back.

Then 20 mins od live ground...I went at it hard with a guy, I mean HARD. I was dripping with sweat...This guy was a pure wrestler and had not been on his back longer then 5 secs in 3 years..I was able to hip escape him and follow up with a side controled Throat Choke.. It was a moment of glory for me. I felt good about this.

After, I went to the locker room and threw up all over the place..It took everything I had..I mean everything to pull this off on this guy...I had to reach from the deep to pull something out..And I think that cost me my lunch.

I forgot to mention. Starting Thursday I will be adding the following to my Supp List..And current

1) Palo Alto Leviathan Reloaded
2) Palo Alto atp Tabs
3) Anabolic Addiction - T-alpha
4) Glutamine Mix in my Shake
5) BCAA
6) Creatine
7) Lots of Sex

I would right about now Cycle a PH since I will be getting my hands on M-drol and Halo but alot of you guys suggested that I shouldnt because Shutting Down before a fight would not be a good idea.

Is there anyway to benifit from a MILD dose of M-drol for maybe say two/three weeks with out shutting down?
