Should I stick to bench & rows twice a week and ohp & pulldowns on the middle day or alternate them A/B?

First off - Good work. Will be following along.

2nd - As for alternating or not, it's really just personal preference Ben. IMO, alternating A/B, makes thing less boring and you may have more fun.

Also, try not to stress over the little things. Just be consistent and focus on getting stronger.

Thanks! I like squatting twice a week and deadlifting once so it will probably be better for me to keep the days set.

I've under eaten today due to being at college all day. This happens every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. I simply do not have the time or resources to eat properly when I'm at college. This will change when I finish college at the end of the month, but in the meanwhile do you guys think I should make sure I'm in a bigger surplus on days I'm not at college?

Ben - I'm sure you have a bag which you carry your books in while at school. If you are not allergic to nuts, try taking some small bags of peanuts/almonds/cashews etc... with you and snack on those during the day. Thats a good way to get in some extra calories and protein. And it's healthier than eating junk food.
