Thanks man. I go in the gym having the plan to stick to the game plan but when it comes to it, I get a crazy pump and just go balls to the wall!

This workout was one of the most intense I have ever done. I have never done that much volume on my squats. But I want to start forcing as much blood into the muscles as I can so I work on stretching the fascia.
