Nice lifts man. I was thinking about doing 20 rep squats soon. How do you like them?

I use them as a widowmaker set (from DC) and I love the burn/pump. However, I do not lock out any of the reps and it is a slow controlled movement.

Always worth a shot. Do you working set to a max of 6-9 then wait a few mintues and pound out a 20 rep widowmaker.

i will do it!!! 4 sets of heavy squats and then a 20 rep set, should make me puke!!

The way Dante suggest on doing it as in his DC training principles is get throughly warmed up and then perfrom a 6-9 rep max, then wait a few mintues and do a 20 rep widowmaker. But give it ia shot, cant hurt!
