Default Road to 1300 @182

I am starting my vlog/log in week 3 of my prep for my meet in August. I am aiming for a 1300 total in that meet. My goal is for a vlog/log setup.

This block and the next block of training are mainly accumulation blocks.

I had to get some new equipment due to changes in the IPF approved list.
A new lever belt was one of them.

Monday's workout was a beast. I did 3 working sets on squats and felt completely drained. Had to forego deadlifts for the day. Could've been the new pre-workout I tried, not quite sure.

This video is my 3rd set. I was trying to see if I was hitting depth. I did for the most part, but need to stay consistent in that regard on every rep.

Overall felt great here. I generally aim for a peak of a 9 RPE on my working sets (sets above are working sets).
