Still dealing with this stomach issue, took some days off after last Wed. session. If it feels good enough tomorrow, I'll get back at it.

Bench Session:

Warm-up to 260#
Bar x 2 x 10
95# x 1 x 10
135# x 1 x 10
185# x 1 x 10
225# x 1 x 7

260# x 1 x 3+ (hit 7)
300# x 1 x 3+ (hit 6)
335# x 1 x 3+ (hit 2).....let me explain...my wife called as I was walking over to hit this, she broke down in the store parking lot down the street. I wasn't going to tell her to wait, so I went to rescue her. Quick jump back on the road home in 30 min. I put 300# back on the bar thinking of hitting a few reps then jump to the 335#, well I was cooled down and the 300# felt heavy. Just going to hit my back-down sets and repeat next 3+ session.....life happens!

Backdown:

275# x 2 x 7
225# x too rep before failure

Pendlay rows:

185# x 2 x 7
225# x 2 x 7
255# x 2 x 5

Face pulls:

40# x 3 x 50

Band pull aparts:

40# x 3 x 25

Skull crusher (standing e-z bar):

75# x 2 x 10

Besides the interruption, decent session. On to the next.

Deadlift Session:

Warm-up to 295#

135# x 2 x 10
185# x 1 x 10
225# x 1 x 7

Session

295# x 1 x 3+ (hit 10)
330# x 1 x 3+ (hit 7)
375# x 1 x 3+ (hit 5)

Backdown

295# x 1 x 7

Had a short window to get this done today, it was quick and nasty....or not at all. Couldn't let that happen, so I banged it out.....now I get to spend some time with the wife and kids. Overall decent session for the time it took (45 min.). On to the next.
