I like it Doc! I also just read about setting deadlines to achieve goals. It was basically a much longer version of what you put down.

With no end in sight, there can be no end, no victory; just a senseless pursuit of endless work without proper self recognition and motivation. Having a definitive long term goal is needed for core structure, and adding in a few short-term goals, or checkpoints, to measure progress and keep one in line, working towards that end point is key to success.

I have the same attitude for this year. My original plan was to start up 3rd week of January...scratch that, lifted today. Just a little bench work, but it felt so good to push the bar.
A little bench work can go a loooong way if you stay consistent with it man, just keep staying at it!

If you find that you're having trouble getting in the gym frequently enough (which with running my business I have found to be the problem), try grouping muscles together, compliment the workout with either a supporting or an opposing muscle group (sample being back compliments biceps, while back opposes chest, and so on, I'm sure you already knew that).

Do it to it!

Default 2011 Supplement List

A list of a few suppies I'll be partaking in or am already using.

P6, just started the stuff like 4 days ago, so obviously no feedback, but it's supposed to act as a Test Booster...etc, add some lean mass, add some strength, blah blah blah: we'll see!!

Glutamine, a must for recovery.

Creatine, if my gut can handle the abuse from it I'll use it to add some water weight at some point this year, likely in the next 2 months before I need to worry about Summertime bloating!

BCAA's, this is a staple and should be in every single one of your supplement cabinets!

MultiVitamin, obvious. One before bed, one immediately following workout.

Casein Protein, before bed, help grow while sleeping...

I'm considering grabbing some Anabolic Halo, and possibly some Primeand Pink Magic (or whatever it's called), but we'll see what this P6 does first before I blow the cash that could be used to help with the hardwoods I am insisting on having when we build lol.

Just an FYI Doc.. Not from my own experience, but heard through the grapevine.. Anabolic halo is a joke. Too many ingredients, at too small a dose. And as for test boosters, I think Pink Magic is a joke. Even the guy at my local GNC said it was bunk. Don't know anything about Prime, but GNC had been pushing it for a while.

I can say this, BioForge(original) was awesome! I definitely felt a boost in just about everything when runnign that stuff at 4 caps a day. The new ProMax(if you can find it) is also supposed to be awesome. I have 2 bottles waiting for me I'll be ripping through in March. If you can't find it, you'll have to wait for BioForge V3(tentative name) comes out in February. New ingredients that look to really be a good step in the natty test boosting market.

I can say (in my own opinion) that all legal supplements by and large are a joke of some sort. I'm just on a quest to prove my long standing theory wrong and find that one special suppie that works like its advertised to. I have a friend, about 6'2" 280lb who raved about Pink Magic stacked together with Prime, RAVED about it, but who knows, he got tired of them within a month or so and turned back to the dark side, which I fear is on the horizon again for me as well.... Who knows, only time (and this P6) will tell.

Ive tried some of the t-boosters and "legal gear" out there and i agree with you that its all a joke. the only one i got some results with was mass-fx, runned it for 2 months at +max dose, lost about 2 inches at belly area without loosing bw or changing up my diet so it must have done something right.

Tell me if you find something that actually works =)

All good man..by all means if you have someone who can vouch for it, kill it all the way. I've read that most natty t-boosters work better when stacked with another. Something about hitting different pathways to stimulate the boys into overtime down there...

As for the dark side, have no fear. I was living the valley of dark side fear for years, but the more I read, the more people I actually speak to eye to eye, the less I fear it. I think the fear was from not knowing enough. But with enough support from the right people, I am starting to believe the dark side ain't so dark if done correctly. I'll be able to vouch for BioForge ProMax sometime in March. Although, that will be stacked with DAA probably, so it'll be hard to say which is doing more work..

I'll have to get my PS3 back online. I don't play many games online, mainly because I suck at most of them, and I had a 56K connection for a while, and there's no gaming on a 56K hookup..shit, surfing the web was painful at 56K. I think my screen name is akcir, which is just ricka backwards. I know, the originality is overwhelming...lol
