Default Todays workout...

Shoulders:

Dumbbell Lateral Raises 60x12,12,12
Front Dumbbell Raises 40x12,12,12
Upright Rows 100x12, 120x12,130x12.
Bar Shrugs (no wraps, just grip) 270x12,360x12, 450x12, 500x12.
Cable Crunches 100x15,15,15,15.
Ab Crunch Machine 150x15,15,15,15.

Had my workout in Boston tonight. Walked 6/10 of a mile there, and 6/10 of a mile back, with my gym bag (weighing about 25lb). Weighing in at anywhere from 290lb-300 these days that's enough cardio for me.

I dropped from almost 330lb down after the flu and the tooth removal...etc, and decided I'm actually going to keep my weight down for a while, let things naturally take their course, and see what happens...

The bloats gone fron the gear at this point, my girlfriend actually commented on my abs now developing whereas before they were just bloated with water, so I'm losing the water retention and starting to lean out... I'm thinking if I continue to lean out I'll be a very lean 270lb or so, which in the big picture is right where I actually always wanted to be!!

Awesome Doc - Good to hear things are finally on the up. Some decent toys you were thrown around today too.
If I was there I'd give ya a "top gun" high five. Ya don't give those out lightly.

Thanks man will do! Planning on an arm routine today, possibly legs instead, depends on how my lower back feels... Then back training tomorrow! My favorite training day!

Did an upper arms workout today, along with core work...

Alt. Dumbbell Curls 60x10,10,10.
Seated Bicep Curl Machine 130x10,10,10.
Hanging Dumbbell Curls 40x10,10,10.

Nose Breakers 115x10,10,9.
One Arm Tri Pressdowns 30x10,10,10.
V-Bar Pressdowns 90x10,10,10.

Cable Crunches 100x15,15,15,15.
Machine Crunch 140x20,20.
Side Plate Bends 45x10,10,10.

All in all a great workout today, arms felt/looked like they were going to explode! Veins bulging out and what not, it's nice not having all this water retention man, I tell you what!!

Had Purple Wraath Intra workout and my White Flood Pre workout, following the workout up with some OJ for simple carbs and shredded carrots and broccoli with 1lb chicken breast in a soy sauce stir fry! 20-32oz whole milk as well.

Multi Vitamin, B12 and CLA also taken.

^ I'm a little nervous because I have no idea what that might look like, and because of this, I am speculating that it may require Kiwi to send us all a case of beer.

Edit...I just found out that this is the Top Gun high five...be careful on the low slap, if you know what I mean.
