Great session! Wanted to go heavier on my seated overhead presses but didn't have anyone to wrap my elbows or spot me, maybe next week! I'm thinking I'll have a heavy session and then a second high rep lighter weight session a week for a few weeks... Im responding well to the high rep training so I'll keep on that, but I responded really well to the heavier arm training last week so I'll mix that in as well...

We have friends out there actually, and it's time for a change! We were considering Dallas but Los Angrles makes more sense for us right now...
