It's frustrating to me that they have those fat 45lb plates (the ones with the handles in them, like 2" wide or so), because I run out of room for more plates on the bar... I only wanted to go up another 90lb today, but there was no room on the bar... lame.

I did ask the GM if she would swap out some of the fat plates with some of the traditional skinny plates they have at another one of their locations, she did say she would try and make it happen, so fingers crossed I'll be able to play with 855lb or 945lb in the next few weeks...

It's a bit harder to read in the browser, but if I open the picture seperatly and enlarge it it's fine. But I can def see the ease it brings. Might have to try this myself..

I've seen a vid of Doc shrugging 905, and rackpulling 945.... The bar was bending, literally. It was awesome. Not many other words to descibe shrugging almost 1/2 a ton... good stuff Doc..
