Default Gorship method 2.0

Shout out to bigjosh for the idea and help

Alright 2.0 Gorship method, really enjoyed SS for a bit but I needed something more sustainable.

Day 1
Heavy bench 5x3
Ohp for reps 3x6-8
Barbell rows (pendlay) 3x6-8
Skull crushers 3x6-8
Pull ups to failure 3x (start with lat pull down then move to assistance bands)
Core/hiit

Day 2
Heavy squat 5x3
Cleans 5x3
Light Deads 15 singles
RDL for reps 3x6-8
Goblet squats to failure 3x

Day 3
Heavy OHP 5x3
Light bench 3x6-8
Barbell rows (pendlay) 3x6-8
Skull crushers 3x6-8
Pull ups to failure 3x
Core/hiit

Day 4
Heavy Deads 5 reps
Squats 3x6-8
Cleans 5x3
RDL 3x6-8
Goblet squats to fail 3x

Adjust as necessary

Squat 5 sets of 2 at 225
RDL 3 sets of 7 at 135
Power cleans, 5 sets of 3 at 115 (just getting used to movement, weight isn't bad at all)
Deadlift (light) 3 sets of 5 singles. At 225

No goblet squats I'm beat time for bed.
