My overhead presses are slowly getting stronger. Will be nice to get my max near 275 again. Didn't overdo it tonight but had a quality session. Everything felt light and easy.

Back and biceps. Deadlifted 2 days ago so I just did rows and fat man pullups. Decent session. Back was toast after Landmine Rows.
