Default Winning in Overtime...

Starting a new log this year. A bit about me... 51 years, lifting since my teens. Compete and judge in NASA. My first powerlifting meet was in a prison in Massachusetts in 1985. Also competed in football and track (I was a thrower) at the D-1 level and won the half barrel toss at the Wisconsin State Fair while in college.

Like many with my lifting tenure, I've had my share of injuries. Currently coming off of an annoying shoulder injury sustained from doing snatches last spring. S-l-o-w-l-y rebuilding my strength in the bench. Also moved from the 275 lb. weight class to the 242's the past year and a half, so am adjusting to the new bodyweight.

Plan to complete this year in push pull and curl once in awhile.
