Default WildBill ReLoaded

New year, New goals, New log! My name is Bill, I'm 26 years old, 6ft tall and currently in the 150lb range. Been strength/power training for 2 and a half years now. Have Type 1 Diabetes (Insulin dependent), diagnosed at 9 years old. Had some medical issues the start of this year, got sick, lost weight, lack of training ect. Earlier last year my best Raw gym lifts were Squat: 285 Bench: 170 Deadlift: 315 Currently numbers arent where I would like them. But its time to build myself back up again and start the new year!

Wow! Another type 1 Diabetic who is into weightlifting! Awesome brother! I've had it since I was 15, and my younger brother since he was 7!

Definately following your log! You sound very similar to me in terms of situation!

Lets get big and strong together, and kick this disease where the sun doesn't shine!

Ketones Suck man. Keep lifting, and keep at it. I bet as your gains go up, your A1C will go down. Mine certainly has.
