BB12 - Time to add some MASS
Been out of the game for about.... 9 months! Damn...! Hit the gym maybe once or twice a week for the past 2 months. It's time to get back on track.
Currently only using:
(Preworkout drink, Protein, BA, BCAA, Piractem, Choline, Fish Oil, Anabolic Pump, LivCare, MFV)
Let the fun begin......
Pack on about 10-15lbs of lean mass and really just do it right this time (not the 10lbs of fat to go with that.

Calves Standing (have skin ass legs)
Hammer Strength Machine
Hammers with Tri-Bar (love these)
Bench-to-Bench Dips (great pump)
Body weight x 4 sets of 15
Reverse Pec Dec
HIIT best time = 1.11 mile in 9:09

Awesome workout and at first felt a little sluggish. That's about when AA Alpha Testing Product kicked in!! This is just a step in the direction on how I used to push myself at the gym. Time to turn it up......
Nice Deadlift man! Very strong compared to your other lifts, blows them out of the water..Good luck getting back on track, results will show.

thats cool you brought the log over here to MAB i had kinda given up on LB its more of just a trading post for PH(kinda lame). now i can still follow along, tear it up man!
