Still not trusting the shoulder that much and can really feel some issues with all the exercises above.* Using machines at first to ensure stability.

I must have really been in an odd mood tonight.* I hate going to the gym …. and viewing….. people that have the sleeveless or 1/3 shirts and extra wrap around strap gloves… and just doing every exercise wrong.* Not to mention, to sport that gear if you don't have the body to do so…. (I'm wrong, but feeling hateful tonight)*

OVERALL:

Enjoyed the workout and really starting to love working out legs (thou, no calves were done tonight)*

Didn’t feel like workout out at all tonight, but I'm not falling victim to laziness anymore!
