Default Kystrong's Log

Never kept a training log but looks like fun. I'm currently training for a strongman competition in April. I did some event work last night.

Farmers: 130,200,250 for 150ft with a turn at 75ft. Grip was solid but need to get faster especially at turning.

Tire Flip: 600lb tire for 10 total flips. I need to continue to practice these. I got a little better tonight with each rep though so there is hope.

Truck Push: 100ftx4 There is a truck push event at the competition plus this is just fun conditioning.

Incline Press: 275 for 5 singles. 225x5x5 superset with lat pulldowns 5x8.

Rev Flys, Lat raises, and pull aparts supersetx20repsx2

Got to try my new wrist wraps today. Parallel breakers from Lifting Large. Definitely an upgrade from my old cheap ones. Seems to be a solid product.

Keg load: 240 to a 62 inch platform for 10 total reps.
