Default Thomas' training log

I wanted to start my log on a positive note and here it is. First, I found a new gym with a squat rack, a little bit far, but I can squat again! Also, I have learnt a lot on that forum and everything improved since I joined, I wish I had found that board when I started lifting.
Today's work:

- Deadlifts
* warm-up sets
* 315x5
* 337x5
* 360x4
* 375x 1
* 385x1 New PR!
* 2x10x315 touch and go

Pendlay rows (cheating) + straps
* 3x7x225

Military press
I'm trying to implement Mike's routine for bench with military press(http://muscleandbrawn.com/forum/trai...h-program.html). I backed off to 145 as my starting weight.
5x3x145 went well...

Leg presses
3x10x485

Hammer curls
3x10x45

Nice PR and good call on the press. Give yourself plenty of room to make progress.

Nice PR, mate. And that's a pretty damn strong OHP already!

When reverse pyramid training stalls on me, I'll probably be using the same programming, for bench and OHP, myself.
