Probably the worst bench session of all time. I really need to step up my game. I using the fact I have limited training partners 90% of the time as an excuse. It's depressing knowning a couple months ago I was on the verge of a 405 raw bench and tonight handing 340 out to myself felt like a ton. Maybe I just need to start out light and get use to handing weight out to myself and leave my ego at the door....... "Little girl rant over"
