nice stuff....

just make sure to be real safe with the decline bench at home.... if you fail with no spotter, this is the one exercise you are abso-****ing-lutly ****ed on. lol.

almost under 160 and my waist shrinks by the day. almost got that under 30. less than 4 weeks out and i'm hittin it harder than i ever have in my life. i want to win badly!!!!

that pick up was huge for me cause i love the decline so ya it will come in handy. also yesterday i got 4 huge commercial gym floor mats for my garage and the left over stereo equipment from the old gym. if i would have been there sooner i would have gotten two 27 inch tv's but time ran out and the new owners locked up and said get out.

Do it to it man! From the show I saw, the more shredded you are, the better it will help you place. Not many guys are "shredded wheat."

i'm gettin there...........trainer keeps sayin i'm lookin great but don't get a big head. so i take that as i should train harder, so i do. pics will be up this weekend and you guys can judge.
