38min Killer Workout!!!!

since i pounded this workout and had some time to burn some cals i decided to jump on the bike and take a 15min/3.49mile trip through the hills with a scenic view(sportscenter). then went to the ab machine and did crunches for 5min. i stopped counting at 300.

felt like this was a good intense workout which is what i needed to have at the gym since i felt like i was losin intensity there. i'm back baby!! i'm back!!

That's the kind of workout I like. Hard, little rest and done in no time. I loved the limited rest between sets. It keeps me focused so much more.

shoulders/legs

behind neck BB press
135x 5/5/5/5/5 you know it 60sec rest

clean-n-press
135x 5/5/5/ oh crap took 5min to regroup/5/5 60sec rest

upright rows
95x 5/5/5/5/5 60 sec rest

BB shrugs
315x 5/5/5/5/5 60sec rest

leg press
found out the sled on top says it weighs 125lbs so now i now my weights fo sho!
485x 5/5/5/5/5 60sec rest
lets see what we can do 575x2, 665x1, 755x1, 845x1 definite PR!!
had no idea i had that in me. this sled goes deep too almost heels on the a$$.
i can't get my squat weight up though (due to my back issues) so it sucks to see these #'s here but not get more than 225 for reps really on a good past 90 squat.

standing calf raises
135x 20/20/20/20/20 60 sec rest great burn!

this workout took a little less than an hour cause i messed around at the leg press but i felt it fo sho. i walked outta there lookin like a new born giraffe. it was crazy.
