Those are all fresh measurements and pics i just started this log so i'm not sure if i want to measure every 3months, 6 months, or just wait until the end of the year and see were i'm at. ya know the measurement goals don't mean as much to me as the power lift goals. until just two yrs ago i had never done deads period. i very rarely would do bench or squats either. i was a pretty boy and stuck to all the machines and did DB work high reps. but when i hit 30 and i ballooned up to 200 from 155(not muscle) i made a switch and decided i wanted pure power. so thats where were at.

flat BB bench
135x20, 205x10, 255x5, 275x1, 295x1, 305xfail, burnout 135x26
didn't want to rep out at 275 which felt easy but i still failed at 305
but i was mega surprised at 135x26, i just did as many as i could maybe my workout wasn't enuff cause i had way too much left in the tank.

decline cable flys
40x10, 40x10 super slow 70x10, 100x8

incline DB press
60x8, 80x8, 100x5

tricep pushdown/v-grip
100x10, 100x10, 160x6 super slow 160x20, 160x14 just powerin em out
machine only has 160 on it and one little 10lb rubber add on

straight bar skull crushers
55x10, 75x6, 95x6

behind the neck DB extensions
25x10 4 sets 30 sec rests(what a burn)

ax chops
(with the rope on the cable you simulate choppin wood)
40x50 each side 2 sets my obliques are still quiverin

diet

2x bagels
2x yogurts
2x bannans
3x protein shakes
pizza rolls(thats what i made my son for lunch)
dinner> chicken,baked potato,corn,greenbeans,stuffing,biscuits

before dinner those things weren't nesicerely in that order but i never really ate a meal i just was kinda grazing from the time i woke up. i probably even forgot a few things i ate but oh well i just couldn't decide what to make.

work out felt good, i had a hard time puttin my shirt on when i left so i know i did it good.

That's what it's all about. 135 x 26 is insane. Great job. Doubt I'll be beating that.

last nite legs/shoulders

BB squats
135x6 a$$ to the floor, 185x6, 225x6, 225x6
just tryin to concentrate on form, these put so much downward pressure on my spine its difficult but i'm slowly buildin up there plus my pinkie toe barely fits in my shoe(man that hurts)

leg extensions
170x6, 200x6, 200x6

leg curls
100x6, 120x6, 140x6

shoulder press
160x8, 170x6
i did these on a machine which was just plain $h@ty i won't use that thing again

bent over rear DB raises
25x10, 30x10, 35x10

BB shrugs
225x6, 275x6, 325x6

this was such a poor workout for me i was highly unmotivated last nite. (heres me at the gym ) i don't know what it was maybe cause i forgot to take my pre-workout shot-o-energy or maybe cause my workout was 2 hours later than normal. i don't know but i was in there yawnin and mopin it was rediculous. i was not proud of the effort. it seemed like the shuffle on my mp3 wouldn't even play the right songs. i'll get it next time!!
