Default (Not so)BigJosh's Lifting, Eating, and Other Nonsense Log

It has been a while since I have kept a log. In the last year I have dropped about 35lbs, become a single parent, took a new position at work and have generally just been over whelmed by the dissolution of my family structure.
Rest assured, I have never stopped lifting.
I envision this being a long term log of weights, eats, and other random shit!!

Notes:
This is only the second week in about a year that I have done Back Squats without going to a bench. For those who don't know my lower back is permanently wrecked so the fact that I am doing back squats and Stiff legged deads is a really big deal.
I have relearned how two squat, using a high bar placement, looking upward, keeping my torso relatively vertical, and not going Ass to grass. Basically the opposite of how rippetoe teaches the squat. Fuck you Rip!
I am optimistic that if I play it slow and smart I can work up to some OK numbers on my squat.
